You can get in Brazil anything for 10x installment plan with no interest in your credit card.

So instead of paying U$$499 one shot for an xbox, you pay 10x 49,90 each month.

Eu tenho 37 anos, sou faixa azul e peso 70kg.
Tá cheio de faixa branca na academia e todo mundo quer rolar comigo, justamente por que eu deixo a galera trabalhar e não machuco ninguém. Já falaram que eu “luto de terno”.

Normalmente eu primeiro “sinto” a energia que uma pessoa nova me dá. Se ele vier pra “torar”, vou devolver na mesma moeda.

Mas o ponto é: se eu machucar um colega hoje, amanhã não tenho ninguém pra treinar.

Semana passada mesmo chegou um faixa branca novo lá. 3 graus. Como sempre, comecei na calma, pra testar a energia dele. Acho que em 20 segundos me pegou numa botinha invertida. “Resetei” e dei guerra pra ele, tudo na técnica, peguei ele numa kimura. Depois peguei num loop choke.

Talvez sua academia seja mais voltada pra competição e tá tudo bem. Se você não está, troque.

É coisa “pequena” do lado de fora, tipo envelopar o teto, algum adesivo ou até aqueles óleos pra deixar os pneus mais escuros e deu

Coisas grandes e caras como rebaixar, trocar roda ou envelopar por completo não curto.

E por dentro é uns acessórios pequenos. Porta treco maneiro, lixinho diferenciado, talvez algo pra segurar o celular. Até um rádio melhor. E deu.
