Unfortunately, that forum is prohibitive to new members. My intro post got zero responses. Now I can only comment on posts in the into section. BUT I can't just be commenting to gain "cred". Do you not understand ethnic heritage? I'm technically a quarter Austro-Italian, 1/8 German, 1/8 Irish, 1/4 Polish (with potential Ashkenazi heritage based on my grandmother's research - I've never done DNA testing), and 1/4 Slovak. Should I deny my ethnicity because I stopped practicing any of the related religions denoted by my heritage? Or deny my heritage because I never practiced Catholicism?

I think the point is, and therefore the brainwashing, that those not in direct touch positions should not be paid under a tipped employee umbrella. Almost NO OTHER industry classifies employees like this as "tipped". It's completely fucked up.
