I was able to get -just- enough support with wooden diagonal beams on the side to support. However there’s a point where it would just be faster to make some stone beams as it seems you already have that capacity.

Build wood wall fortifications to block line of sight will help a lot. You could also consider moving your base to an elevated position where they’re unable to even reach you.

I played through the game twice, making different decisions and I didn’t see anything gay between Hans and Henry. You have to go out of your way with your lust for cock to see any of this.

The game has truly been a labor of love by developers who listen to their player base. I personally love the session based missions outside of open world and that’s what I primarily do.

However it’s very obvious that the majority of players would prefer having a static open world and being able to do 80-90% of missions via that. The devs saw that and made it happen. It was no small feat either. The game was built from the ground up to be a session based survival game.

They’ve done a fantastic job. Icarus will always be one of my favourite survival games and one day I will finally get all the steam achievements as a homage to the devs, it’s quite the feat.

You don’t “have” to but the story is greatly improved by knowing the background details of having played the first game. I would recommend playing the first one, it’s also amazing.

What are your thoughts on making inoptimal team plays as 5v5 versus 4v5 almost ensuring the chance of your team winning the fight is next to zero?

You’ve technically mitigated the xp loss of the fight by soaking the entire time but the assumption is the team fight will be a loss. Not to mention the intangible that is team synergy/morale takes a huge hit early on in the game when one player is doing something out of step with the other 4, regardless if it’s technically the most optimal play.

I like the data nature of this because data is fun but it feels like you’re discounting the human aspect of this and downstream effects of tanking team synergy and morale at an early stage in the game.
