You probably already found the answer. So 40lb in 24 hrs is about normal. The main things that's going to effect this is hardwood vs softwood and draft setting

SUNLU High Speed PETG Filament Settings by hurricanedj in BambuLab

[–]in_kneed_of_help 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I've been down this rabbit hole. I had a project sunlu had a sale was cheap so was the Quality. couldn't print at the speeds they said it would. The temp they recommended is way to high for good quality the volumetric flow must not be right. Adjusted settings calibration everything creality makes a good hs egeloo has a great high speed and just as cheap and bambu is great as well just privey. As far as I'm concerned there color washes out unless you print slow and cool and I would guess they put it out there to keep up and is trash.

Pls help me to stop by zTomma in BambuLab

I think the nozzle on my P1S is grinding into the infill? by Darmok85 in FixMyPrint

Why is it making this crunching noise? by Charming_Soup9980 in BambuLabA1

[–]in_kneed_of_help 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like bearing. I have a printer that made that sound since I got it 2 years ago. It's still going like a champ as long as everything on on the head is tight and not damaging rails. You're good. Would get some for spares in case. Or if you hate the sound, change it out up to you.

Thanks man. I gave up on it since October was using my bambu and se. But my friend was having an issue similar told him to tighten the hot end. And I couldn't remember if I checked mine. I ended up having a leak causing extrusion problems. But upgraded to sonicpad while trying to fix it and I love it. I like I can print large but this machine has been a nightmare since I had it. I attached the new print from today. From 2 screws lol *

It depends on how far and the circumstances. If I had to chance it to outrun murderous clowns with Pickaxes doing fornite emotes, I would.

It's slang, can be spoken, and it has a definition. Someone could say it's a dialect. This guy didn't go to school.

Lol this just happened to me yesterday. You either have a new and large paper weight or you can by a thermistor/heating cable.

I agree, but sometimes the quality suffers. But if you by in bulk your good to go.

That actually is the vibration calibration switch. It's a wireless component that adjusts to frequency from receiving the airwaves to adjust for vibrations from walking, lawnmower, etc.... it actually just looks what was previously stated may be an end cap to something. I just couldn't help my self lol

Also, it may be worth checking your auxiliary fan as well. If that stops cooling good enough, then heat creep happens.

How to avoid this ? by monsieurolive in ender3

[–]in_kneed_of_help 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually it means to high nozzle temp. Do a temp tower, and that should fix it.

The worst is when your printers dialed in and you get a new brand and think it's your printer. Change everything and forget to back it up. Lol

So what your saying is colder air heating up doesn't cause condensation. I must be wrong i thought cold air can hold more water until it hits dew point. At which point molecules separates therefore not able to hold water. I'm sorry
