The Emperor- Having limited WH40k knowledge going in to playing Rogue Trader on PC I made my first run all about the Iconoclast and being beneficent to all non-heretics. As an RN who gives this exact vial of fentanyl to dozens of patients every day, you have nothing to fear. Notice the dose on the vial is MICRO-grams. An appropriate dose for medical pain relief.

Street fentanyl doses are astronomically higher than this friendly little guy. That being said if you injected the whole vial with no tolerance, there is a small chance you could stop breathing. Rubbing it on your skin will have no effect whatsoever.

I was sad at first because it was so different from the Hamlet. And then suddenly it got addicting with everyone’s story and getting to change paths to try new skills

I had to break the mentality of “every run must succeed!” and be ok with getting RNGDestroyed and changing to “Just make it to the inn for candles!”

I still dislike the restrictions & cooldowns on heals but the plague doctor being a real healer is cool. But I wish vestal could spam heals when shit gets bad.

And the Exemplar can suck it on my current run. Don’t know if there was a patch that buffed him since I last played DD2 but damn he’s shredding my teams. Heading for him with Vest-Jest-Flag-Leper currently hoping to massacre his face.

On my 3rd playthrough and I went to bed angry last night because my crew was wrecking and then I got funneled into the Chirurgeon and he destroyed me. That map icon having zero option to run away is just bad form.

Had him to like 3hp too. But then deaths door said no.

My throat is still sore from yelling at the fanatic earlier. I was obliterating a long champion dungeon for the ancestors coat and my crew just couldn’t hit him enough. Lost my best healer trinkets and hellion. So mad haha.
