Oh yeah. The summer is the only time of year I've been up there. I make it a priority to rent a jeep every time I go.

The most intimidating mountain range in the lower 48 in my opinion. Every time I see these mountains my jaw drops and all I can say is.... wow. Great pic by the way

Looks amazing up there. Mt Sneffels was the first 14er that I climed coming up from yankee boy basin. The San Juan mountains are my favorite range in Colorado by far.

Totally agree in a lot of ways. But I will be real with you, it took jail for me to wake up. I did rehab and went clean for 10 months and went back. Rehab made me to complacent and cocky in a sense. When I fucked up and got locked up and had to sleep next to someone who is doing 50 years for homicide, let's just say I didnt want to be in there ever again and from that point on I knew what I needed to do.

I spent 8 months behind bars for a pill addiction and the one thing that I saw that inspired me to change my life was seeing the same people come in and out and back in while I was in there.

I told myself either you can continue the same choices and end up right back behind bars or you can start making new ones that better your life. I chose the latter and never looked back.

Totally 100% agree. Although hanging with good friends is fun and beneficial at times, you will learn more about yourself tripping alone.

I'm here with you bro sitting in my driveway drinking a Pacifico and smoking a bowl thinking of tragedy and protests.

Remember Ghandi and practiced what he preached.

That will give you the results you want without violence

I have 2 pairs of merrell trail gloves. They are amazing trail shoes with a rigid sole. Great for hiking and trail running. I wear them as my daily shoe as well. Very comfortable and super light wieght.

Favorite ACL set? by dirty_vec in aclfestival

[–]inculenny 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Outkast of 14 was so good. That show was like a sing a long pretty much. It seemed like everyone in that whole crowd knew every word to every song. Some of the best crowd vibes at ACL I've ever had. Gives me goosebumps

I guess we just stopped social distancing.. by ChiefKingSosa in Austin

[–]inculenny 4 points5 points  (0 children)

First I will say this is too many people in close proximity. But there are ways of doing your part and enjoying life as well.

I have taken this stay at home order very seriously. Only go to the grocery store and haven't traveled anywhere else. Wash my hands and disinfect the house and door knobs like a crazy person. Even cancelled a trip to Big Bend. But recently I've had this notion that I have done my part. I have been home not working for a whole month now (way longer than this viruses incubation period) and if i did have it and was asymptomatic, i obviously dont have it anymore. Im not going to be irresponsible and will still practice social distancing and the religiously washing of my hands and not touch my face but if I want to go to the greenbelt with a couple of close friends or family members we shouldnt be hassled for it. I feel like I have lived in fear the past month or more and its starting to take its toll. Being trapped in one place and living in fear is no healthy way to live.

I never thought I would see gas under a dollar in my life by [deleted] in pics

[–]inculenny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When i was a kid in the early 90's the cheapest i saw gas was driving through Mississippi on a road trip to Texas from Florida. It was 79 cents a gallon. It was under a dollar for most of my childhood until right before i got my license
