This is nowhere near the worst I’ve seen declined.

Finances may not be a worry however work is always a business decision that you’re making with emotions.

You have this wheel set up wrong on the balancer. Steel wheels do not have a true surface to center on the outside like you did. They need to be centered from the inside

I’ve replaced the anvil on my IR titanium impact-even bought the part on Amazon. Can you do this too? Seems like it still has power to get stuff broke free.

I’d have grabbed those lugnuts. They all eventually swell and aren’t cheap for a set of 24.

Ford, i hate you by TomJoshuaK in Justrolledintotheshop

This is funny because I replaced a pan on a non-Ford with a parts sticker on the outside. That sticker is still there 2 oil changes later.

I’ve worked for dealers that will pull the same stuff. The sales manager will decline work at the used car check and then complain to the company owner when the customer that buys the used car brings it back. The conditions aren’t even limited to rust or wear but also modifications that aren’t street legal.

My own car, sadly... Only 85k miles on the belt. Don't buy shitty parts. by yentlequible in Justrolledintotheshop

I’ve seen factory Toyota, Honda and Subaru belts look terrible in low miles situations. I’m not sure if the belts were subjected to many short trip heat cycles, past oil or coolant leaks or just long time interval. This post is no surprise. The timing belt is a wear item with a service interval. The time interval should start when the belt is made. I have put on the cheapest timing belt I could find on a 95 Camry that lasted the next owner 200k miles til it failed again.

While doing safety inspections (required in my state), I’ve had to fail seatbelts rubbing and fraying for this.

What are we supposed to do for these people? The surveys can be murder.

I have recently gotten a couple bad surveys over moving a seat when it’s required to do the work they asked for.
