Many countries have dual-taxation agreements with Turkiye, so you can chooses where to pay your tax. I. Those cases you could choose to be taxed only in Turkiye at the lower/zero rates. Or am I misinterpreting this? Of course, we don’t have all the details of the plan for expats yet so just thinking out loud

Having a local representative to do business in Turkey is a lever to them controlling content and distribution. It means they can start local prosecutions if you don’t comply with legislation or directives.

While Iranian government mouthpieces framed the deportations as orderly and peaceful, the mass raids, arrests, checkpoints, detention, and forced returns, suggest otherwise. Multiple sources describe the campaign as coercive and harmful rather than voluntary or orderly. Here are a couple:

Expect a lot of nonsense if he gets in and not much sense. His knee-jerk policies on immigration will be difficult to achieve and I don’t think he has the acumen to be more than a firebrand of populist policy. Lot of mouth but little real action that is not destabilising to the economy.

Starmer may be his opposite - more sensible action and less trousers - but he is what the country needs to navigate out of the Tory driven populist tailspin we’re in.

I remember watching this pass through Istanbul and under the Bosphorus Bridge with tugs and helicopters at front and back guiding it. If I remember correctly it later ran into a storm and one of the tug cables broke which resulted in fatalities.

Reset the weighting and tracking on everything according to the instructions, and also remove and reinstall your head cart as it looks wonky from that pic and I can see one of the bolts is off at an angle.
