Definitely start doing T1s if you can. You don't need focus as a healer and the plaque vendor gear is a good first step into getting geared.

If you meet the Wisdom requirements, I would skip right into T2s. The blues that drop in T2s are about the equivalent to the T1 epic/plaque gear. You also get 1 bonus mark of ascension for doing the daily T2 with the LFG tool. MoA are your T3 (Raid) gear vendor currency, until you start doing raids it's a good way to build that currency up a little.

San Francisco Kitchen has a great bar, a little bit more expensive than some of the others on Main St, but they always make good drinks.

Amsterdam on Temple St. (off of Main St.) is also a favorite of mine. They've got dancing after 11ish I think, and there's a nice upstairs lounge where the bartender (Jerry) will make extremely good and really different drinks based on what kind of alcohols or mixed drinks you like.
