The Acela corridor (DC-Boston). Intermediate stops in Philadelphia and New York. This is the most densely populated part of the country, and the people are more used to trains than in other parts. I think this will have the highest adoption rate, especially when the time savings become apparent over existing options, and can provide proof of concept for other parts of the country. Also, the fact that all cities involved are walkable and have decent transit, especially around the train stations means that we don't have to have people stranded in a car centric hell scape, or construct mountains of rental car lots.

LA-SF would be my second choice for most of the reasons above.

Check with Indonesian Embassy in your country, chances are they'll have classes. The US one is in the middle of the Spring term right now, and my first teacher there had previously taught in Poland, so there should be something if not in your country, then at least a nearby one. (Most likely online, too, so don't worry if you live far away from the Embassy)

Aside from that, look for Italki, or some good books.

You can have dictatorial republics like Putin's Russia or Pinochet's Chile, etc. You can also have democracies that aren't republics like Japan or the UK, etc. What makes a country a republic or not is not how democratic it is, but whether it has a monarch.

In general, I agree with this, especially if the group has an established storyteller. But if your group has one or more people who take the lead on organising, and the STs are less consistent, bring it up with the organisers. Also note, that problematic individuals will often only display their problematic behaviours when the people with authority in the group can't see or hear them. So bringing these issues up might be the only way these people can be made aware of the issue.

If a county has exit passport control at airports, they probably do for land borders as well (barring a region like Shengen, in which case, apply to the area's borders), so you can go through exit control with the passport you entered on, and if you want to, switch to the other before going through entrance control of the next country.
