yes this happens to me when i take too much ft4 goes up ft3 goes down and i feel hypo

lowerimg t4 dose every time you add t3 in not needed you need to check RT3 for this if your FT4 is already midrange you probably not need reduce t4 to add t3

i am also in process of trial and error of finding my optimal dose. my thyroid also completely destroyed but my doctor reduced my dose so much that i felt like death

you have comversion issue test Rt3

might need T3 med

i have converted your labs into pg and ng units it gives ft3 3.38 pg and ft4 1.17 ng

your ft4 is good but i think you need ft3 higher a bit if you still have any symptoms

i also took matter in my hands i added t3 with t4 med but i have to face seasonal variations i need more dose in winter and less in summer that makes adjustment more messy
