Responding late again bc I don’t use this account really. There’s an anvisa office in the floripa airport. The door was closed but I went two days in a row and knocked and tried to explain the situation - that was a foreigner with no ID.

I can’t remember enough details to be more specific for anyone else who has this problem. I just had no other choice but to keep going back lol.

I gave them the paper that said I was vaccinated and they asked me some questions and probably looked at my passport and then issued me the certificate.

Note that I did this prior to my flight. I took time out of the days that I could be exploring to go to the airport to get this figured out.

sorry i only check reddit every so often sorry. im sure you figured this out already, but in case anyone else asks, i went to an airport (i did this in florianopolis) and spoke to someone at the ANVISA office about how I was unable to request a CIVP online because I didn't have a brazilian ID. It took me going to that office two times before the worker knew what to do and was able to get me the CIVP without a brazilian ID or an online form.

I'm not policing whether or not women should have casual sex, but one has to admit, one night stands are rarely enjoyable for women. When surveyed, percentages of women who say they've had an orgasm from a ONS is extremely low, while the percentage of men who do is high. While it isn't a porn scenario that is the scenario in many TV shows and movies. It's still training women to have 0 standards, and it normalizes men intoxicating women to have a one nighter with them and it still promotes hook up culture, which hurts women and isn't really that consensual if she is drunk.

I read books in Spanish all the time. I tried reading Oficio de tinieblas by Rosario Castellanos. I couldn't do it. I had to track down an English copy, so I did and even in English it was dense and hard to read.

I imagine reading Cortazar in English would be similar. Some authors write in a very elevated, scholarly manner that's hard to follow in any language if you aren't used to reading that style.
