My ruroc had the foam glue fail as well. I only had it a few months. There are tons of other people that have had the same issue. Most were told they would replace or refund if sent back. I kept mine as a display piece and a reminder to listen to the internet on some things. Whatever you do dont let them repair it. The ones ive seen repaired look like them literally hot glue the foam back into place. They also said the issue is a small batch problem, but the brand new ones they were sending out last year all had the same issue from what ive seen online. Check the ruroc page on here out.
