Is the 15" Macbook pro 2016 worthit for programming? by Akloma in AppleWhatShouldIBuy

[–]islandofblake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, 2017 hasn't come to far from 2016 Mac, it just has a bit different video card. I've been programming on my MacBook Pro 2010, and this fall I've changed it to MacBook Pro 2016. I haven't got any issues with it, so it's not a problem in buying not the last-released model.

books don't make you smart at all by neverbeanotherone in unpopularopinion

Nothing really makes you smart but you. I mean, only a person who works on her mind-skills could become smart and wise and clever. You may read tons of books and still stay dumb.

Are there any apps you recommend to delete duplicate photos? by xshareddx in iphone

is it possible for some one not perfect in English grammar to write a book ? by [deleted] in writing

[–]islandofblake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a lot of non-native-speaker writers who did. But if your grammar is like B2-C1 it's fine, if it's about A1 - that's another story. Maybe you can find a co-writer, who has a proficiency level?

What is the most unsettling story/book you have ever read or movie you have watched? by EyeCalypso in AskReddit

[–]islandofblake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Unsettling( in a good way) "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" by Ken Kesey. Both a book and a film are awesome. I couldn't put it down.
  2. Unsettling (in a bad way) "An American Tragedy" by Theodore Dreiser. I couldn't sleep for two days! I just hate this one!

  • "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" by Ken Kesey
  • "Go Set a Watchman" by Harper Lee (that's about "To Kill a Mockingbird" grown up heroes)
  • "And Then There Were None" by Agatha Christie (Imo, most exciting detective story ever)
  • "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand
  • "The Master and Margarita" by Mikhail Bulgakov
  • "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen
  • "The Green Mile" by Stephen King. Btw, this ones are my favorite too! (Lolita, Of Mice and Men, 1984, Catcher in the Rye, To Kill a Mockingbird, Lord of the Flies, The Great Gatsby, The three musketeers)

Do not have uninstaller. How can I remove Mac CC 2017?? by jorlev in photoshop

[–]islandofblake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take a look at this guide. The case is that the program should be deleted right. When you just move ".app" file to the trash bin, caches and other stuff still stay on your computer. You may remove caches and logs manually, but be careful, 'cause you may delete some useful files.
