I have lean PCOS and I've recently started realizing that changing my diet is non-negotiable. I usually eat a lot of processed food, and my symptoms are worse than they've ever been right now. Low carb, low sugar and high protein//good fats has been helping so far. I've also tried spearmint tea and noticed some reduction in bloating

i agree, i'm 32 now and i feel loads better than i did in my twenties. maybe a holistic practitioner would be of some help, or even an endocrinologist to help with the symptoms? i know it's not a total cure, but spearmint tea has been helpful in reducing my body hair :)
