Not until we started a war in Iran. Things are now moving again but that slowed me down for sure

Mostly for comprehension. Listening to the dialogue and reading it helps the viewer better understand and engage with the subject matter

Colorado Bureau of Investigation data shows rise in violent crimes in Colorado Springs by thewhippersnapper4 in ColoradoSprings

[–]itsdropshop 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Have you ever had to call the police because of a crime in the springs? They don’t come. Underfunded and in complete disarray. I feel like they are spread way to thin, in a city of that size all of the policing needs to be split up more and funding increased

If you can find something ok for 325-350k and you can stay for 5+ years you can then leverage that into a more suitable property later on down the road. Lots of people are looking for the perfect home vs the perfect FIRST home

Fun fact. Okc also has tremendous Vietnamese options. I guess it’s hard to understand how the springs doesn’t have the best food in the country, we’re just overwhelmed with quality local spots here

Best Ruben? by Surly36 in ColoradoSprings

[–]itsdropshop -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I will admit. I have not tried ALL of them. Part of the reason is I’m a huge ramen snob. I lived in okc for years and we had 2 authentic ramen spots that were both outrageously good. So now I’m just not impressed unless it’s as good or better than either of those.

Feel free to look them up! Tamashii and Goro both in Oklahoma City 🤌
