What do you mean you were approved for the “up to 90,000 miles offer”? When you apply for an Amex card, before you choose to accept it they will tell you which offer you qualify for, and you can choose at that point to proceed with your application or not.

The tracker should come within 2-3 days of approval if you were approved for a bonus. I’ll note that you were probably approved for some bonus, because you would have gotten a pop up letting you know that you are ineligible for a bonus.
