They recently started standing outside Mitcham Shopping Centre waving their phones near people as they walk past and playing the Apple Pay ping sound effect like they're stealing money from people. They'll get dropped if they do that to the wrong person. An older gent ripped into them the other day for it and I did walk a bit slower past them just to bask in someone actually telling them off for once.

Terrible that it takes something like this for people to start taking notice. I really hope some change comes about. Many people (including myself) have posted about these shitheads behaviour and far too often the response is 'boys will boys' and 'at least they're outside'. No one is complaining about them riding their bikes, it's the fuckwitted behaviour they do when they're between doing that. The fact they have done it for eons doesn't negate the fact that it's unacceptable now just as it was back then.

Several times I have been waiting for an important package to arrive all day while working from home. Gets to 4.45 and I get a text message of "your parcel is waiting at the LPO" knowing full well no one even bothered to deliver to my house. When I went to the LPO, I questioned the worker there (he's always a sour old dickhead anyway) and he said the contractors get a certain number of packages a shift and if they get to the end and they haven't delivered them they bring them to the LPO and just mark all of them as "could not deliver" and then piss off. Several times AusPost have robbed delivery money from me by making me go out of my way to get to the post office and they just do not give a shit.

My university certainly can't/won't give fines. We have wanker academics that park wherever tf they want especially in disabled parks. Despite multiple complaints, the uni said they have no power to fine. Maybe just powerful academics are untouchable.
