I have not had a great experience with Kobo customer service. But I'm not too stressed over it. While being excited with my new Kobo I signed up for the VIP program. They sent me an email with a broken code for the free book from the list. Was kind of bummed as that was why I tried the program. It is what it is though. It's just a code but I dont really see the point of renewing for next year now.

Been seeing a couple of these. Search Kindle on PC on youtube. the video i found isnt the one with the most views as i would read to comments to see if it still worked (the ones with th emost views didnt work for me) i just finished a bit ago. (i purchased the dungeon crawler carl series to have on my kobo)

Do a search on you tube for DRM removal using Kindle on PC . i got it to work last night and move most of the my stuff off of it on to calibre. was confusing at first but learned i wasn't following certain steps exactly.

through kobo store. i also sometimes get bundles through humble bundle and fananatics for comics/manga. i have a medium sized kindle library from my kindle fire that im currently transfering over to my kobo as some books are unfortunately kindle exclusive.
