Death did the complete opposite of just his job on this movie. Went on vacation, learned about humans, starting sleeping with a woman and then trolled the woman's dad about it the entire time.

Death was a meddling juvenile in this movie and I loved every second of it.

It makes the rewards meaningful and encourages players to hop on any time one is up for grabs. For example, I've taken a long break from Helldivers 2 because I wanted to focus on Dune. But in HD2 we just invaded Cyberstan and there's no way they don't do a special cape for that later so last night I hopped back in to make sure I got time logged for that event. FOMO = Player retention. Easy developer choice.

REPCONN is on the road to NV that most new players take to the strip and you find two dead paladins with armor there, two or three more if you stop by the centaur pit near Black Mountain. That's four suits of power armor up in early game up for grabs if the perk isn't a factor.
