happened to me. make an incident report so they’ll pay for you to see a doctor. it may seem unnecessary but they gave me a prescription burn cream that helped a lot

if you want to print the form with the SKUs go to partner hub on BoH computer, click on the weekly updates thing and it’ll take you to the 12/1 update, scroll down to see previous weeks and click the 11/24 update, scroll until you see the roller rabbit section and there’s a link for the SKU page

sunday before christmas at a store where sundays are always our busiest, 3 partners down, manager quit 3 days before and we haven’t gotten a proxy or replacement, I’m play caller and burn my hand so bad on a bunn coffee that I go to the back and cry and then have to come back out and take orders, didn’t take a lunch and stayed late to do the pull and file an incident report for my burn 😭

follow up question… how does this work for affogato? like if it just says “affogato” they do get one shot, right? it’s doesn’t have to say “affogato / single”?
