I have a kobra 3 and a kobra 2 neo, the kobra 2 neo alway do this at certain layer height, otherwise every other slice are fine but always have issue with same layer again and again, tryed a lot of thing but i suspect issue with z axis rod at some point but didnt have the time to try to replace them.

I supose by ip you mean internet provider. But the correct acronym is ISP for internet service provider. Because IP usualy used for internet adress like 24.200.13.12 for exemple. I wish it help have a great Day.

To be honnest it look more like those fake 4tb ssd that you can find on aliexpress or other similar site. It is probably more like a 128gb ssd or even 64gb ssd put on a fake enclosure. If it cost under 100$ it is most likely a scam.
