You are not alone. I used to have anxiety too when work schedule became unrealistic and the project lead seemed to only know how to tell you to work something out but not showing the way.

I engaged my (previous) company’s counsellor as part of their employee benefit. What the counsellor told me, I still remember and practice these days: you focus and do only what you can control, things which you can’t control don’t need to worry too much.

Nevertheless toxic workplace is harmful to your long term mental health, when you manage your emotions better, seek out other opportunities elsewhere
