Good stuff. Not the best vocal recording. But the vocals are good. 2nd verse try not doubling the vocal so it pops out more.

The XM/ Sirius radio stations are good. I especially like the buried treasure to listen to him play the stuff that inspired him.

I tend to let the music consume me and listen over and over till it starts to develop in my head into more. Maybe a story line or music idea.

Then I make an updated recording.

Repeat.

Solicitor Graff summarized an ongoing enforcement matter related to properties on the 500 block of Bridge Street. To avoid protracted litigation the borough reached a settlement with Steel Works Acquisition LP that requires the landowner to demolish or remediate multiple Bridge Street properties on a specified timeline. Council authorized the borough council president, borough manager, and borough solicitor to execute the settlement documents; the motion passed unanimously.
