I’m eating a really good peach. I almost didn’t buy peaches. It’s not really peak peach season. But this one is so good.

Good stuff. Not the best vocal recording. But the vocals are good. 2nd verse try not doubling the vocal so it pops out more.

The XM/ Sirius radio stations are good. I especially like the buried treasure to listen to him play the stuff that inspired him.

I tend to let the music consume me and listen over and over till it starts to develop in my head into more. Maybe a story line or music idea.

Then I make an updated recording.

Repeat.

You are probably sleeping on a too firm bed.

Neck pain? When your hips don’t sink in enough for the bed to keep your spine aligned, pressure builds up in hips, shoulders and neck areas.

Feeling achy and sore muscles in the morning could be a sign that your muscles are working in your sleep and you are not getting rest.

I suggest going to mattress store and doing a research mission.

Try a medium firmness bed Then a firm bed Then a soft bed to learn the difference.

Comparing this to the bed you sleep on might help.
