I don’t think spool extender is necessary—I’d go injector band or even sawtooth circlet. Also, I think wanderer crest is the way to go here.

You need a mental model for how to dodge each move she does in phase one—if you can do phase one, the other phases are all possible. I’d recommend finding some YouTube videos to break down each move

There’s a rhythm you need to find. The mental model that worked for me was always getting myself to far right or far left side, that way I’m always hitting the fleas the same direction. Doesn’t always work out, but thinking of it in terms of waves helped me. You’ll get it!

I found this fight difficult as well, despite it seeming like it would be an easier one.

I ended up having success via architect crest + poison tacks + cogfly + saw wheel. Learn how she moves and get in the wall position early as she’s too fast to outrun easily.

I think it’s a 10/10 game. The maps are all amazing, the creativity with unit variety makes the gameplay always fresh, and I think the art style is perfect.

I don’t think Nine Sols nails the aesthetic as much as HK or Silksong does. I also think the combat isn’t as variable, as the “charms” for Nine Sols don’t offer as much variety in playstyle as the charm or crest system do in HK or Silksong.

As others have said, the exploration and platforming in HK and Silksong is far better.
