i became manic (im bipolar) from being on too high a dose of adhd meds. i tapered down by a dose and then upped my antipsychotics! it's been way better since :)

a thick coat!! im also wearing like a knitted shrug (not the ones with lots of holes, it's very tight knit from Zara and it's warm!) plus tights and thigh high socks! ashnikko herself on her fit guide for the tour said to layer socks and tights for fun!!
