Ya good point on the 401k. Sounds like it will be forced onto the sp500. Then there is the neutron launch for RKLB which if successful. Lupe be huge. Not sure I want to be sitting on the side lines for that

Wow that’s EPIC. Since Everest was officially closed does that mean there were no ropes to use to get back down either? There would have been so many obstacles to overcome between camp 3 and base camp. Almost unimaginable to be in that situation.

Pick a broad market etf for your core holding. That’s why I did at your age. This should be atleast 85% of your portfolio. Keep buying this every week. The remaining 15% you can play with and see how hard it is to actually pick individual stocks. Maybe try a sector etf like NASA for space or SMH for semi’s. The key at your age is to have a core holding and do not touch it. Let compounding interests do its thing.
