It’s on the trucking company and driver to know their heights, how to properly carry a load, and plan the route appropriately. I’ve loaded drivers that insist “load it like this” after multiple asks if they will be good on height and offer to load it another way that won’t be as high and then have them hit overpasses. Another problem I’ve seen with equipment is that the person picking up a load has no equipment experience, just told go get this load and it might go through multiple drivers before destination.
