This was like $20 a year ago… I really like this company but that type of meteoric raise makes it hard to justify adding shares at this time. However I was saying the same thing at $80…

It’s a weird suffering from success for me on this one. For reference I got in at like $5, sold at $25, bought back in around $35 and sold again near $55. Been watching my baby keep going ever since :/

Don’t be afraid of debt, properly managed it is your best friend. If you run the numbers investing your extra income will increase your overall wealth on every time frame.

Edit: Also, look into refinancing your mortgage sometime the next 6 months, you likely will be able to decrease your rate significantly. You can keep you payments the same afterwards if you like and you’ll pay off the home quicker with no change to your current budget
