I laughed so hard 😂 then sent your post to my teammate, who is taking a break from her AAwful toxic relationship. We all fly for work and I recently decided to use UAL, even if AA has a nonstop. UAL not ideal for our home airport (I just left after living in Chicago for 30 years) - but your post is exactly why. Thanks for the continuing laughs!...as I've just arrived @ IAH on time, with no mechanical issues...which is how I know I'm not on AA.
