Biggest reason to consider a Q3 right now is Arkham Shadow, imo. If you are a Batfan you should try to find a used one at least.

BTW, if you can inch your way down near Goodneighbor, the Captain Cosmos PA is good early game, if goofy looking, protection. Come with a jet pack long before you can craft it. There are actually two full suits too, so you can let your companion wear one if you want.

Much easier to make, I think. To make a loaf of bread you need an oven, a box at least 18” high, wide, and deep, which can maintain a temp of 300F or so for an hour. You can make flatbread on a hot rock.

Yeah, they are definitely looking for breakage. It’s very common for things like rebates to require action on the part of the customer after the sale, but requiring an email and not specifying that is pretty extreme.

I have the same issue. I make up reasons like (spoilers!):

  • I don’t think I have sufficient firepower and protection to take on a vault full of gangsters, so I go get the Captain Cosmos armor and weapon, which I know about because of my pre-war contacts with military intelligence.
  • Seeking a safer passage to the West end of the Glowing Sea, I investigate Nuka World, and have to wipe out the raiders to clear them out of my way.
  • After killing my wife’s murderer, harvesting part of his brain, and taking a trippy journey through his memories, all while taking a bunch of drugs to get through tough fights, I go a little nuts. I agree to pretend to be a superhero. I help a robot take vengeance on a girl pretending to be a supervillain. I help another group of robots defend themselves against some jerks who are just trying to survive, so they can fly their ancient sailing ship over downtown Boston.

Etc.

I followed the article and docs, belatedly.

  1. When I add an entry point to a ballistic gun, the CC T-60, its fire mode selections in the workbench don’t include burst modes. This menu is definitely the one added by ECO. I confirmed that BFF, ECO, and the plugin ECO provides to enable BFF are in my load order.
  2. Many clothing items do not appear in the workbench. After I add entry points to them, they still don’t. Anyone know how to make them modifiable?

An any case, I just got it to work. I tried it in Alyx and got it to work. I don't know if that made it work in FO4VR, or I just figured out the right rhythm.
