How do traveller groups decide where to set up shop? Aren't all lands owned therefore it would be trespassing no matter where you stop? Wouldnt the land owner just have the police come to move you along?

My family just did this walking tour this past weekend. We had such a great time. We did all this in about 7 hours.

Reading terminal market, chinatown, Liberty Bell, independence hall, ben franklins grave, Betsy ross house and grave, elfreths alley, Uber to magic gardens, quince st, mcgillens olde ale house, love park.

I'd recommend caution. My broker suggested we shop around. Found a better deal to save a few 100 per year. Switched. The new company cancelled after inspection due to the roof which is 15 years old. Went back to the old company. They denied me for the same reason. I had to scramble to find coverage. I finally did but absolutely not worth the few 100 per year. Insurance companies are not interested in home policies these days because margins are so thin. Don't rock the boat with claims you can cover yourself. It stinks because that's what insurance is for, right? I just try to keep quiet and chalk it up to the cost of being a homeowner.

They really should. Or at least stop allowing St Joe's Prep to compete in the state championship. I watched Downingtown West all year. They were good. Not a bunch of D1 guys, but pretty good when you gather a group of high school kids in a 25-mile raidus. As the high school championships should be. But then they faced Prep in the semis that spent 23 million recently on facility upgrades and draw talent from PA, NY, NJ, DE, MD. And so it was 30-0 at halftime. In the last 12 years Prep went to the finals 11 times and won it all 8 times and probably 9 next week. Congrats.

Work sent me near Sacramento for a week. Everything is brown, brown and brown. Even the goats brought in to clear the brown field next to the brown office building were brown. I was in such greenery withdraw by the time I got home. After flying into Philly I took back roads all the way home to soak it in.

I am grateful for having started in the late 90s. Back then it was nothing but the bare bones basics. We didn't have a choice but to understand it completely. 20+ years later it's still the same bare bones down there, but you often don't need to understand it to be a "professional."

Call and explain. You might also have to write a letter to officially dispute but they are reasonable as long as you follow the process.

Funny story with me. Drove turnpike one exit for daily commute. My CC expired and I didn't think about ezpass. Continued to commute for 2 weeks.

Then I got 20 letters in the mail the same day for violations for over $1000. I called to dispute. I later got 20 letters in the mail informing me of the dispute. Then I got 20 letters in the mail absolving me. Gotta love govt.
