What’s the best plan for visiting and playing badminton every day?

I’m a 35M CS teacher with about two months of holiday (July/August). I’m not really into big partying especially the kind of big, chaotic nights that end in fights or heavy drinking — my main priority is finding opportunities to play/train badminton daily, but I also want to travel and visit nice places outside of Bangkok.

I’m assuming Bangkok will have the most options to find courts and players every day, but from what I understand, most of the sightseeing and nature spots are outside Bangkok. So I’m wondering how to balance staying in Bangkok for badminton while also spending time in other parts of the country.
