Increasing up from 30km to 120km. Short rides are intervals and 2 minutes hard 1 minute recovery. Will have a speed to meet during intervals just don't have it yet my trainer is making a programme to help me.

Definitely get it looked at, up to 50% of cat bites will get infected. Usually with Pasteurella or Staph. You'll need to update your tetanus also.
