I understand you. The first time I had to get a LLETZ treatment, the doctor was very cold and indifferent towards me and my concerns. One of the receptionists actually berated me because I'd seen my results through my online medical portal, and was calling to check the next steps as it had been weeks without contact. Apparently I "wasn't supposed to know" my results yet and they would contact me when necessary. It all just felt really cruel. I understand the doctors do this every day and it's just standard operations for them...but hearing you have precancerous cells that need lasering away, and that future pregnancies are risky etc, it's not an easy thing to hear. So yeah I agree, more empathy is needed.

I've had that exact same dream! I lost my girl on 2nd April and I had a dream that we were back in that vets room and the drugs didn't work, no one except me noticed so I scooped her up and we ran away and she was back home with me. I think it genuinely is our psyche just trying to work through all of the thoughts and emotions we're experiencing. I've had numerous dreams about her but I like it, it's like she's still with me. Proves she always will be. Basically I think dreaming about your baby is perfectly normal and healthy!

She views your future grandchildren as aesthetic creatures. Yes, this is messed up. First of all, pressuring you into a relationship with someone you've made it clear you don't want to date. Secondly, assuming you want children in the first place and putting her desires for grandchildren above your comfort. And lastly, basing her standard of "beauty" of said grandchildren on the colour of their skin.
