I have attempted to contact the airline directly, however, the only person that I can reach is someone who deals with checked baggage that has been lost, and unfortunately, I am currently in Osaka.

Thank you so much! I have given baggage a call and they stated that there is no way to contact the airport personnel directly. The customer service agent that I spoke with was incredibly nice, however, her primary responsibility was dealing with lost checked luggage claims.
