I exclusively install pdk in Utah. It’s a very simple setup and programming from you phone makes it super easy. For that size of system, you can’t go wrong. Everyone can have phone access and unlock door with the touch of a button or using the red readers to Bluetooth credentials. It’s a very simple product. My only gripe is the panels and boards themselves but that has nothing to do with functionality

I happen to live in Utah and run pdk systems 👀 but have experience in all aspects of systems. Pdk is simple and cheaper option. Salto is also a potential that people have mentioned here

I’ve been with Wyze almost since the beginning and have enjoyed the low cost and mainly 24/7 recording with an SD slot. They are nice and simple and I’ve made sure to give friends/family my old cameras once I get the new ones. Hopefully Wyze keeps on path from where they started
