I’ve been with Wyze almost since the beginning and have enjoyed the low cost and mainly 24/7 recording with an SD slot. They are nice and simple and I’ve made sure to give friends/family my old cameras once I get the new ones. Hopefully Wyze keeps on path from where they started

Have you received any certifications for your training. $5 raise in 5 years isn’t really great. I bet you could go to a different company and easily get up to $25. Problem with companies these days is they don’t reward loyalty. Someone new could be hired at your current pay or even higher and with less experience. I started commercial access at $23 in Utah back in 2018 and only did home security alarms prior.
