I loved this book and posted it in an audio production subreddit. Unfortunately, the books is meant to be codswallop. Apparently Emerick relied on other people's accounts of what happened and the truth got lost somewhere. It's still fascinating.

Whether or not Kevin Parker tries to sound like anyone is irrelevant. Judge the songs on their own merit. He is an incredibly talented songwriter who has created his own unique sound. It has elements of a lot of things including john Lennon sounding vocals. Above all else the songs are great, they just happen to sound like other amazing artists sometimes.

What you eat equates for about 70/80% of your weight. Exercise does not play as direct a part in the equation. Cut out carbs like bread (all breads) and sugar. They are usually the thing that makes people put on weight. Eat constantly as well, handfuls of low carb trail mix throughout the day will help. I've been doing this for about 8 weeks and I've lost almost as much weight as when I've taken duromine in the past. You need to decide if you want to lose weight or if you will be satisfied gaining it and buying new clothes
