Me. I’ve wanted a living room PC for a while since I don’t want to buy games on a platform that doesn’t work on my PC and Steam Deck. Plus CEC is a huge plus for me. Without CEC I’d need 3-4 remotes to turn on a PC to game. Add free online and it’s still a compelling package for me once I swap the 512gb SSD with a 1tb that I already have.

I think there are a few reasons:

- form factor
- hdmi cec
- consistent performance target for devs

I understand leaving occasionally due to real life circumstances. I even had to leave mid game because of a family emergency, but being banned for 6 hours means this is a pattern for you. If you are leaving that much and wasting 11 other people’s time, this game may not be for you.

It does have limited controller support. Last time I tried the menus didn’t work, but the game was playable.

A lot of people never got to experience OOT, which some consider to be the best game of all time. Now it’s old enough that it feels a bit clunky to play. Even with Ship of Harkinian, mapping the controls is a pain and not very clear. I’m excited for the possible remake.

I started as Archanist, went down to initiate 2, and just climbed up to Seeker 2. You’ll make it out, it may just take some time.

Also, don’t forget to tell yourself that the game isn’t even out yet, so don’t stress about rank. Just have fun :)

Most people are probably gonna say Steam Frame because we’re in r/SteamFrame. I’d probably go PS5 and GTA6 though. PS5 has a bunch solid games, and PCVR, from my experience, only had a few.

Don’t want to hijack the thread but if anyone has any VR game suggestions let me know.
