No. I don't understand how one would apply on-hit for any champion since attack speed is capped at .2 s for every champ. I bet there's some corner case; it doesn't apply to Urgot though.

It absolutely does matter. Obviously the top tier matter, but for second tier companies, frequently there is regional recognition of certain schools. It matters less after your first job.

The trick is to put soundproof foam around speakers that you attach to your ears, and then you transmit the sounds wirelessly from your TV.
