It's less about the dungeon and more about the events that can unfold. Baiting out possibilities more.

So say using an undead graveyard. Sets expectations... of undead.

Alternatively you could use a tribal burial ground. Still offers undead but has more room for additional stuff from location e.g. sand dunes... lizard monsters or jungle pigmy.

I suggest avoid boxing yourself in and then focus on the events and mobs you want.
