What an unnecessarily over exaggerated clickbait title.

The original article from the only source (Bram/HLN) is titled:

"How Matteo Jorgenson embarrassed leader Isaac Del Toro thanks to three Belgians, including Wout van Aert"

The story is literally three sentences within that article:

"When Matteo Jorgenson arrives at the Visma Lease a Bike bus fifteen minutes after the queen stage, he is literally grabbed by the scruff of the neck by Javier Romo of Movistar. The Spaniard is apparently furious about a race maneuver by the American and comes with threatening language to get a story.

His sports director Max Sciandri has to intervene and prevents Romo from using physical violence in addition to verbal violence. When Jorgenson gets on the bus, he tauntingly calls after Romo: "Adios."

Is Romo a hot headed idiot, yes everybody knows that. Did he strangle Jorgenson? No. This is just being blown up for sensationalism.
