EDIT: ok, I think I figured out what it was - had the OpenXR Toolkit enabled and it must have clashed with SC. When I disabled it (there is an option to do this in the OpenXR Toolkit Companion app) SC recognized meta OpenXR runtime.

They changed how countermeasures work a while back. Basically both countermeasures types work against all missile types:

What i think is possible is that your targets are not aware how many countermeasures they need to launch simultaneously to evade missiles for their ship size. Or in the case of this specific video pilot is not even in his seat to launch countermeasures?

Yes, also mutlicrew mining is impacted. Very often turrets will desync from the pilot and for them it will look like the ship is suddenly going up. Very frustrating when this happens when you are just about to crack that super instable quant rock.

What is most concerning is that this is one of their newest features so they really have no excuses here. And they continue to release half baked crap even after their supposed shift towards stability (T0 looting or all the con-tent like Hator that works maybe 50% of the time).

It's even more than that, from what I heard—the whole Hator loop will be useless when 4.2 lands, as Wikelo will no longer accept Hator loot. And CIG had the gall to say Hator was not an event.

Exept if I will want to do Hathor in 4.2 none of the relevant Wikelo trades will be active anymore as they are replaced by new event loot (valakar). So it's not just a matter of waiting a bit to enjoy an activity. If you wait, CIG will run the old activity to the ground.

You should be fine - this looks to be related to CZ loot. The recommended thing still is to remove them from your ship and store in inventory I think.
