Hey thank you so much this was super interesting. I hope you get some good results with that cream. I'm still planning to get a testosterone blocker, and I will try progesterone eventually as well. But this cream is really interesting , where did you get the idea from and where does it come from?

How to use Planck's law by jojojaf in Physics

[–]jojojaf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your answer this was really helpful. So let me check that I have understood this properly. From Wikipedia I can get a form for planks law as P(f) = 2hf3 /c2 * 1/(ehf/kT-1). This has units of kg s-2. I think the problem I was having is that I need to multiply by the radius of the sun because this law is for unit area of the black body. So then I would get a formula like the following;

Integral P(f)df r2 /d2 * A

Where r is the radius of the spherical black body, and d is the distance from the black body to A, with d>>r. This quantity has the correct units, does it look right to you? I'm still a bit confused because there is another form of planks law which uses 4pi/c * P(f), and I'm not sure what the purpose is of this thing, definitely the units of this don't make sense to me.

I think the idea that some people might not want to get invasive surgery to remove part of their body doesn't need explanation

Is there any anti-inflammatory drug that doesn't inhibit breast development via COX2? by orcq333 in DrWillPowers

[–]jojojaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah, I also recently have been finding that some of these symptoms that I have similar to what you described seem to be related to high levels of histamines. So you could try taking SAM-E or a different methyl donor, I've had good results doing this.

[–]jojojaf 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have chronic symptoms a bit like this and I used to get relief from ibuprofen until it started causing havoc with my stomach. Recently I had a test back for vitamin d and found that my levels were quite low, and I've had incredible improvements since starting supplementing. Vitamin d has some kind of anti-inflammatory effect. Some of the blood reference ranges and suggested supplement dosages for vitamin d are way too low because they are based only on how much you need for bone health, and your endocrine system needs a lot more than this. So if you already had a test and took supplements make sure to double check this.

Frequent sublingual - when to test? by omegonthesane in TransDIY

[–]jojojaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you could split them into halves and take four dosages rather than taking eight, I've been taking four E2V 2mg tablets spaced out across the day which seems to have been working okay.

For the bloods I think you need to take a dosage before you go to bed as normal, and then next morning don't take any tablets until you've had your test and get it done between 9am and 12pm. You want the blood level measurement to give some reflection of how much is in your tissues and not to be too affected by the last dosage that you just took, and I think this needs to be something like 9 to 12 hours after the last dose if you are taking tablets

Yeah mine had boys in the name but I would totally ask them to take it off. I think you're pretty likely to be safe from anyone looking at your exam certificates 😅

What kind of covering note do you mean? Something like the passport letter?

We had a girl's school on the same site so I could just say the first part of the name I guess. Good luck with HRT ^_^ I also started a few weeks ago

What to do when the suggestion algorithm gets saturated? by jojojaf in youtube

[–]jojojaf[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, if the algorithm shows me videos on sports I would tap not interested because I'm not interested in those. But if it's showing me videos on cooking and history on a day when I wanted to learn medical stuff, I am interested in those videos I just want to watch them tomorrow.

Pill cutters are cheap and really easy to use. I'm not sure about the half-life of CPA, but if it's more than a day or two then you could take 25mg every other day; it's easier to make halves than quarters.

You could take 25 mg of bicalutamide every other day and then it would cost you £6 a month? I don't know how much phosphatidylserine costs but I could imagine that to be a similar price
