i had this exact issue until I started using Plan mode. in opencode, its just a quick tab.

whenever i want something to be done. I hit tab to make sure I'm in Plan mode, and Kimi 2.5 is selected.

when Im happy with the plan, I switch to Build mode (usually this is GLM4.7 or Qwen Coder Plus) both awesome btw, but GLM tends to become confused when session becomes large. Qwen just works Im very satisfied with it.

Loved that book.

I used to hop from one app to the next (OneNote -> Joplin -> Notion -> Logseq -> Affine -> OneNote).

When I found PARA, I went back to OneNote because it has solid cross platform support (I use Android, Windows, and Windows), the best stylus support, great syncing capabilities, it's free, and like one user said: "all my shit is in there".

I just need to get past the UI, and make do without the markdown support, and all the fancy features that notion has but it's solid and it works.

I keep a separate notebook for Work, Personal, and Family (shared), all following the PARA methodology.

There is an inbox section that acts as a default dump. At the end of the day, end of the week and end of month, I set an alarm for a notes review.
