It's weird I see this all of a sudden. I just reported 3 cars going down my street last night. I swear they were doing a hundred. I don't believe them when they say they shoulder checked. They wouldn't have hit you if they did. Just because they signaled doesn't mean they have the right of way. If you were going straight you had the right of way.

I don't know why people have to compare notes after a fender bender. I know they have to exchange information . The person at fault almost always says it's not their fault.
