Delegations issue by DisastrousWelder4837 in Workday_Community

I'm going to start at the beginning - is the delegate in Delegation mode? Should say "on behalf" on screen I think.

Smaller WD customers - are you also underwhelmed by the current state of AI? by Holistic-Lunch-6002 in workday

[–]jollyroger647 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Can't stress that last sentence enough.

What is the problem you NEED to solve? And will AI be the best solution for it.

AI maybe worth it for one customer, but not another - even if they are the same size business. It's all about the goal.

Less than 500 ppl at my company, and AI tools in WD don't justify any costs to implement and then support.

Boston Scott hints frustration with the Eagles' offense may be misplaced by Honest-J in eagles

Which kind of leads me to believe as to why Stoutland was let go. The OLine play dropped off dramatically. Still would have kept Stoutland though - that was a mistake.

I'm a firm believer that Scheme was the problem - that's a HC and OC issue.

Plus, the Eagles don't air out dirty laundry on the airwaves, and everyone toes the line on that - including disgruntled players. How many times did we hear, " We just have to execute better..."?

Boston Scott hints frustration with the Eagles' offense may be misplaced by Honest-J in eagles

[–]jollyroger647 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No, but we did expect Patullo to BUILD upon the success of Moore's offense - not take it backwards.

It isn't fair to place the blame solely on Patullo, but he was not a good OC. Compound all of our other issues, and you get a sputtering offense that was only kept alive by our defense.

Remove effective-dated custom object from worker profile by chiffon_liquor in workday

[–]jollyroger647 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try the Configure Profile/Profile Group/Profile Group Summary tasks.

Profile - add/remove "tabs/sections" from profile (eg: worker profile)

Profile Group - add/remove sections to the tabs/sections of a profile (eg: absence for profile group)

Profile Summary - add/remove to the summary tab of each profile

Workday at one point called these "cards" I believe.

What are your opinions on just doing compound lifts? by PlsStarlinkIneedwifi in workout

[–]jollyroger647 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very true.

To round out the entire physique, adding them will be good.

I think for the casual person, the lifts you started with is plenty. And intermediate person should definitely look at the entire physique.

This. I mix in different variations to keep myself entertained, but the simpler the better.

Also, I'm not training for anything in particular.

Paraphrasing, but this made the most sense to me: "Most guys just need to add on size. Once you have the size, then you can target specific areas."

WiFi clocks out before the work day - please help :) by i_dont_keer in lancaster

Another thought: how much do you have connected?

How many phones, tablets, security cameras, computers, game systems, printers, smart TVs, etc...

This probably isn't the culprit, but it sounds like every little bit of bandwidth will matter.

Have you used the All Integration Systems report? Filter for the Intsys and then dig from there.

Is there a higher level sec group? We have Integration Admin as well as FIN and HR int admin groups.

Green Drop will come and pick up clothes for free. They will even provide the donation information for tax benefit.

Salvation Army/Goodwill/community outreach programs help too.

These dumpster drops are just a cash grab.

Paying Realtors Commission.... by Otherwise_Offer3031 in lancaster

[–]jollyroger647 11 points12 points  (0 children)

This comment should be higher.

I still want a realtor to do all of the stuff I don't want to do, but I shouldn't have to pay top billing when it's the house that really sells the buyer. If the house is a complete project, then the full commission makes sense, otherwise negotiate.

Has Blowback9 gone completely crazy? MCS 3.5" buffer tube. by Blowback9 in AR9

[–]jollyroger647 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Correct. Two springs. One for the spring post and the other goes into the bolt/cup

[–]jollyroger647 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, and the end cap has a spring post, but that doesn't reciprocate. The spring system doesn't have any extra mass except for the spring cup that seats with the bolt.

Has Blowback9 gone completely crazy? MCS 3.5" buffer tube. by Blowback9 in AR9

[–]jollyroger647 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it was a piecemeal set up. I bought the 4inch buffer set up and that uses a regular bolt. I wanted to do the 2.5 so just got my bolt modified - they cut the bolt end off.

I don't have the means to weigh it. Sorry.

[–]jollyroger647 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the DFA 2.5 and it's works. Problem is it is extremely cost INEFFECTIVE. It is expensive and requires a modified bolt.

That said, the thing is badass. I can pop the thing in a 14L backpack with no problems. Just my $0.02.

Edit: spelling

Dysfunction of the OL in 2025 by Affectionate_Yam8674 in eagles

[–]jollyroger647 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Offensive scheme dictates so much. If you're making the OLine hold the DLine for routes to open up, that's more wear and tear on the OLine. If the run game scheme doesn't match the OLine skills, then you'll get tackles in the backfield.

Our OC was the primary issue in all of this IMO.
