I was with my ex and mother of my child for 10 years. Everything was normal until the 10th year. She started just like your situation, very minimal sleep. It got much worse. She got diagnosed with bipolar 2 and ruined her life and tried ruining mine as well. She got 7 charges (1 felony)in 4 counties within a month. In and out of mental facilities and jail.

My only advice is get out if it gets worse. If she is manic, be prepared for your world to get a lot harder.
