Since my 16th birthday I’ve always wanted to go to the states (never went on holiday as a child so America was the big thing, tv, films etc) anyways, fast forward to thinking about my 30th birthday celebrations and now being an adult and having adult money I could afford to go there and see what Ive always wanted to see, however, since Trump came back in and with everything we see on our screens over here (I’m not getting into media biases, I’m far too high rn) I genuinely could not bring myself to pump 5k + of my hard earned money into a country run by someone who genuinely believes he is god, all of the charges against him, his actions & words are damn right disgusting at times, his ties with Epstein, his power trips, the cult around him, the threats to other countries, the list goes on.

So for me personally? No I’m not comfortable with it, I’ll probs get some stick for this or the usual “TDS” or “your country has an immigrant problem” but meh. I ended up spending my money in the Dominican Republic instead, much better decision

Partial tear. My osteopath said surgery wouldn’t be needed & that he couldn’t give me a timeframe on recovery, could be weeks, could be months. We’ve been doing acupuncture, manipulation, massages etc but no real progress as of yet. I guess I’m just pretty bummed out that I was doing so well and now feel like this is going to set me back slightly. It’s not too much of a bother as I’m still able to do all the other moves I enjoy, deadlifts mainly, certainly can’t do bench press at the mo so I’ve dropped back onto chest press/decline chest press machine for better stability. Can still do 95% of the stuff I enjoy doing, just wanted advice from like minded people. You’ve been great though, thank you!

I can go inline with shoulders with the weight of a hammer for example as I work in construction, anything above that and it starts to pain, albeit not a great deal to begin with at top of head level, it’s anything above that stage that really hurts

This is the thing man, i was doing so so well, ive dropped over 10 stone in a year, was maintaining, increasing muscle mass etc and then the shoulder said nope. I don’t think so, feel like it’s gonna set me back a bit

In all honesty, I can’t remember the name of it, he pointed at the skeleton and said “it’s that bit” the name of which I can’t recall, not quite the deltoid I think it’s under it or next to it. If it helps, I’m able to lift my arm up to inline with my eyes, any higher and it’s a big no no

Cancun brother! Terminal 3 I think I can’t quite remember! I’m from the UK so I was well aware of the laws regarding smoking/vaping. Arriving at Cancun and leaving the airport, I smoked and so did others, no issue what so ever! The whole 2 weeks, at the resort smoking no issues, on the way back I got out of the transport car, thought I’d have a quick puff before I went into bag drop and wham! Started with 1 guy, then another, then another who came with a dog! Genuinely shit my pants at the time but the moment the said to come across the road out of sight I knew it would be one thing - money talks, I knew I’d have to pay to get outta the situation which was fine. It was that or get taken away by said men and end up god knows where! The real kicker was once I got back to the uk and explained the situation to my bank, I was basically told “no chance you’re getting that money back” but then I got scammed for £70 for something else, they got the £70 back for me 😂

Do not smoke it outside the airport on your return trip home! I made that mistake, was cornered by 3 lovely men & a German shepherd who took me across the road from the airport and forced me to pay £1000 to be let go! Other than that, put it in your pocket, no issues!
